Practice with purpose

Use a practice exercise to check your understanding. Identify the intended result, make a controlled change, save it, and review the outcome with the people and devices involved. Check feature availability, department permissions and any connected providers in your own Resgrid system.

Firehouse 51 is a fictional example department. Its names, incidents and configuration illustrate the workflow; your department’s procedures guide how you use it.

Apply the examples to your team
